In different areas all across campus are hidden little astronauts that look like Ziggy and have an ASLC tag. - GRiP Adapt-a-Thon: Making Toys More Accessible for Hand Camp!GRiP is excited to host Adapt-a-Thon, a hands-on event where we modify toys to improve accessibility for children with upper limb differences. Many commercially available toys rely on fine motor skills or complex movements, making them difficult for some children to use. Our goal is to adapt these toys by adding larger buttons, alternative control methods, or custom features, ensuring that every child can enjoy them regardless of their physical abilities.
